Being there
Sculpture is not a style or a medium. Sculpture is a way of being.
Unlike some who take and create with great precision, I synthesis what I want with what the metal wants.
Much like the metal, I am flexible and never permanent.
This is being in sculpture. To act as ones media. To bend and flex and meld with the same malleability.
Metal is my media, it is my soul. Though jagged, the metal is also soft. Though sharp, it is also forgiving.
Blades 3 of 5
this is a wire and razor blade piece.
Movement 1 of 3
this is a piece i created form a photograph. the secret is mine, but not that difficult to figure out.
it is a good demonstration of the movement of humankind once one understands that it is derived only by the creation of pure technology.
the subject matter, the influence, the medium are all creations of technology.
Movement 2 of 3
just as the other piece of this series, this is a representation of technology and hyper-reality.
Taken from a photograph, this image is a product of pure technology.
