Requirements to Join: 10 submissions of at least 5 paragraph lengths on a subject. 1 submission per subject. Meaning 1 submission on the topic of animation in general, animation reviews, movies, games, manga, a self written story, ad infinitum.
You can cobble together posts for 1 complete submission on a topic, (implying discussion was taking place and your posts are many - In some cases you can just as well submit a thread if you dominated it. Your brilliance permeating every page,) but you cannot cobble together posts on different topics as one complete submission (sans poetry topics). Everything must be written by you, and not an article or copied from some other place.
Requirements to maintain good standing: You must add one new submission each month that was written by you that month and not before. 5 paragraphs on 1 topic each month for the minimum. As activity increases the deadline will be reduced to 2 weeks, and finally weekly. Also after the initial 10 different submissions, you can repeat topics each week, another review, more talk of government, politics, or war comes up, etc.
How to join after initial creation: New additions will be proposed in thread and a two-thirds majority vote must pass. They must also prepare their 10 submissions and continue to bring them each month. In addition there will be a 1 month minimum of activity in the forums.
If you require a leave of absence, that is acceptable. So long as you notify the other Elites. Your status will remain intact.
Note: It isn't for chatting of any kind, it is to add submissions with a new post, then editing your own collection of posts, then editing the collection of everyone's posts, (Which i'd likely do when I get around to it) talk about if something is worthy of being added, talk about if someone is worthy of being added. Voting a new Elite in.
