I swim 19 hours, 11 times a week. Is that adequate?

There are only 168 hours in a week. How do you manage to spend a total of 209 hours per week swimming?

Oh whoops my bad. :P I should've been more clear with my wording. I meant 11 times a week to a total of 19 hours.

Normally, I wear a pair of 2.5 lb training weights on my wrists when I go about my daily tasks. It isn't much, but it builds some strength in my arms and doesn't take any extra time out of my day. I periodically jog between my classes and my dorm building. Also, I often like to take the stairs and race the elevator to the top of the twelve story building in which I'm currently residing. On top of that, I sometimes practice with a polypropylene wakizashi boken (while wearing the training weights, of course). That about covers my regular exercise regime.

If by leg holder you are refering to something to use to hold your body in place. Well then your not doing a proper sit up. truthfully you probably use more of your thigh to pull yourself up rather then your core or abs. Doing 100 in 10 minutes is only 10 pre minute... Truthfully holding that long isn't good for situps you should do more 3 second up 3 second down or 2 seconds. it shouldn't take more then 6 seconds to do a proper situp that'll work your eniter core. Also stop using a leg hold and try to do them with your feet planted so you mostly use your core to elevate your upper body.

Are jumping jacks and jump rope considered cardio exercises? The weather is crap here so I wouldn't exactly be able to go running... Well, I could but I don't want to run in the rain! I'll have to look more into this now that I'm getting interested. :D

Yes, jumping jacks and jump rope are cardio/calisthenics exercises. (I'm not 100% sure on the difference, all exercises require repetitive rhythmic motions.) Cardio is short for cardiovascular. Which without getting too technical it's about getting your heart pumping and raising your heart rate to exercise.

Also, changing the layout of a room can really affect how big it looks. So I don't blame you for moving around things now and then. xD I change the way my room is maybe once or twice a year but I can never move everything by myself.

Yes it can, and if you have to rely on someone else to help you then you can't work on your terms exactly when you want.

Oohhh, yeah that makes sense! What you eat can also affect how much you should work out too, right? Like, if you don't get enough calories and then you work out really hard and burn off all of the things you ate but continue to work out. Isn't that why some athletes go on crazy seeming diets?
Your diet and nutrition affects your body. Garbage in, garbage out. If you work off the calories you've eaten then your body will begin begin using other sources of fuel. Like stored fat, even carbs and protein I believe. Your protein intake will determine how much muscle mass you can put on, because it is proteins that build your muscles. If you eat next to no proteins in your diet and lift weights furiously you aren't going to be able to add much muscle because of your diet. I don't see a problem with fewer calories if you get all of the nutrition required for a day. I seem to hit at least 100% recommended minimum daily intake of nutrients and vitamins at around 1,500 calories, according to the meal plans at least. Sometimes less, sometimes more.

^ You defiantly would not have ripped abs from just 100 situps, once again if you use anything to hold you in place you use your thighs more then your core not getting a full workout.

Truthfully for a 6 pack you need to actually to something to burn off the fat on your stomach. Because really everyone has a 6 pack just fat over it, until you do cardio to get rid of that you wont get a 6 pack, most that will happen is stronger abs.

Something about "toning" and "target zones" being absolute lies perpetrated by the exercise industry to sell you shit you don't need that don't even work that well. You can only lose overall fat, which is above the layer of muscle. Just doing sit-ups is not going to target your waist fat. What final said basically. You can strengthen your muscles but it doesn't automatically mean you are shedding fat.
