Stories:
It contains self-written stories. The characters in these stories are originals, and I have in no way tried to plagiarize somebody else's work. The characters are randomly thought of, or are a result of my amazing dreaming abilities. I'll advise not to copy my work, since it's is of no professional caliber. I can come up with unique ideas for stories, but, there can be major loopholes, so it will be a great help if you'd take your time to inform me about it.

BOOMMMM!!! An explosion occurred in a building situated in the midst of the sea. "Aaahh...", came a scream from inside the burning building as it slowly began to sink. Across the burning and collapsing corridors of the building, 'spat', came a sound as blood stained the walls and floor. Water came came rushing in the corridors and the rooms filled up. A container bloke due to the water pressure and a hand came out of it. The hand didnot look ordinary, it was rather big and rocky. the water started to turn black and the building went down. On the shore, as the water slowly turned black, a girl was washed ashore, next to her the hand also settled in the sand. The girl wasn't unconscious. She got up, and looked at the sea "No, it's happening again! It must stop!", she said. She looked at her left arm, the hand was cut off. 'Even so.... But I sealed it in the...', she thought. She placed her left arm on the sand. The sand began to creep up her arm and morphed into the same hand that drifted ashore. Her dark brown eyes turned blue as the sand morphed into the hand. She moved towards the nearby town. Before she entered the town, she grinned and read the sign board which read, "Roamsville". She entered and mixed in with the crowd. In the close vicinity of the town, a huge meeting was called on emergency basis. "This is happening yet again!! How many times? How many times does this has to happen?!! This will send us back to where we started years ago!", said a tall bald man as he paced up and down the room. "But sir!", started a young man sitting with other people. "What is it, Bridge?", said the man. "It's the nature! Every time something causes it to escape, it's the force of nature! We are defenseless, sir!!!", said Bridge. "Thank you for your thoughts, Bridge! But, I don't see the connection here!" "I think Bridge is correct!", said a woman standing up. "Em??", said Bridge, turning to her. "Ridge, take it easy! Don't go exaggerating your theories to him!", she said. "But Miss Emily!! I'm not!! It's all true! I researched on it, remember? The last time it was the land, it turned barren and the one before that, it was due to fire. Although, the host was killed during the fight but the "Klid" found the new host!" "Okay okay!! You did your homework Bridge!", said Emily. "But what should be done now that the Klid is once again free? And we don't know who the host is this time! The container of the last host was found by the divers, the body is still there...", said the bald man. Two young men stood up and bowed. "The Anchor Brothers at your assistance Mr. Blackwood!", they said with their voices synchronized perfectly. Everyone looked at them curiously. Emily leaned in front of one of them and poked in the middle of his forehead. "Just what exactly are you trying to suggest?? The Klid is just about to send us a trip back in history as we speak!!", she said. "We are aware of the fact", they said, "But the two of us tumbled upon this little invention!", they said as the second guy took out a weird cellular device with a radar on it. "This baby will lead us to the place where the Klid is!!", said the other one. "Ah!! Tim and Tin!!", said Mr. Blackwood. Tim slightly pushed Emily away and excused her. "Now then", said Tin, "We'll be heading out, prepare our reward money!!" "Just hang on!! Where do you think you are going??", said Bridge. Bridge cut in front of them, blocking the door. Tin put his hand on Bridges shoulder as Tim told him to move it.Mr. Blackwood walked upto them and tried to calm them down. "you three boys can go together!!", he suggested. "Uhm..", said Emily, "I'm going too!! You can't leave me behind Bridge, or you're a dead man!" "Fine, fine..", he replied rolling his eyes. "No way!!", Tin snapped, "No girls are to hang out with us!" "Well, excuse me!!!", Emily shot back, "Do you even know who you are addressing too?". "Emily calm down!! They'll take you along, after all, we captured the Klid last time with your assistance!", said Mr. Blackwood.Tim and Tin were shocked. They thought of her as some crazy, retarded, good for nothing woman. They looked at each other and came to a conclusion that they'll take her along. "Bridge! I have faith in you! I know you'll bring the Klid down this time!!" said Emily. All four of hem left the room and got into the parking lot. Emily led the way, then she came to a stop in front of a jeep. "So boys!! Here's our ride!", she exclaimed as she held out the keys. "I'll drive!", Bridge said jumping onto the drive's seat. Emily tossed the keys to him and everyone got onto the jeep. Bridge started the jeep, and the drove out of the parking lot into the crimson sunset
Chapter#2:
The city of Roamsville, as peaceful as it can be, was in a panic at the moment as the water level was continuously rising. A ghostly figure roamed the streets shedding blood and bringing disaster to the city. The city was being evacuated, as the four chosen people entered its premises. "Whew..!!", Emily exclaimed, "I sure wouldn't wanna be them!", as she looked at the helpless people being directed to empty the town. "You've got some attitude, lady!", snorted Tin. "Huh!! Look who's talking!! Anyhow, any leads on the position of the Klid?", she asked. Bridge suddenly put on the brakes as the radar picked on a signal, but, the signal disappeared in a mere second. Everyone felt a jerk as the jeep stopped. Bridge jumped off the jeep and ran in front of it. Then everyone noticed that a girl was hit by their jeep. She wasn't that seriously hurt, but, she was bruised and unconscious. Bridge quickly lifted her and placed her on the back seat with Tim and Emily. Emily treated the bruises as Bridge drove them to a nearby abandoned hospital. As all of them were well-trained they quickly treated her wounds and decided to stay at the hospital for the night, as the sun had already set. "Ridge! What happened? Didn't you see her coming??", said Emily. "Em, I swear!! She just came out of no where! She just-just appeared there!!", Bridge tried to explain. "I think this girl might just be the new host!! If i remember correctly, the radar gave a sudden beep just as Bridge stopped the jeep!", suggested Tim. "You might be right! But..", she said examining the girl's hands,"Neither of her hands is abnormally large! So, that might be a drawback!!" "This means that the Klid was there when we hit the girl, or, it was the Klid that made us hit the girl! that's all I can think of!", said Tin. "well...", said Emily lazily, as she laid down on a couch and stretched herself, "Let's rest now!" Everyone found themselves a place to sleep for the night. Everyone except Bridge fell asleep. He couldn't get the scene of the accident out of his head. Time and again he visualized how the girl just appeared in front of the jeep. The scene kept repeating itself in his head. Suddenly he got a view of the black water, it had stopped rising. He tried to focus on every aspect of the accident. He remembered seeing blue eyes, glowing, in the headlight of the jeep. "That...", he thought, "Could she really be the host??!!" He quickly got up and went to the room in which the girl rested. He pulled out a chair and sat by her. "If the Klid chose her, then, I should keep an eye on her in case she breaks free!!", he said to himself. He sat there, waiting for the Klid to make a move, but, nothing happened and he eventually fell asleep. As he opened his eyes he found himself tied to the chair. The girl stood behind him with a sharp blade. He struggled to break free, as the girl told him that it was of no use. The girl told him that he would be the next successor to the Klid. She put down the blade. Bridge stopped struggling as the girl held his face in her hands and looked into his eyes. He felt his body going numb, he couldn't move. She had invaded his mind and there wasn't anything that he could do about it. Bridge saw the building that had sunk to the bottom of the ocean. Then he felt as if the time had been reversed. The building stood unharmed in front of him and he, himself, levitated on the surface of the water. "What's going on?", he demanded. But, nobody answered. He found himself inside the building, where he saw scientist experimenting on the Klid. "Annali, pass me the test subject please!', said one man. 'so, she's Annali?', Bridge thought. Annali passed the Klid to the man. "Hmm.. So far, I think as long as the Klid is detached from it's host, it'll remain inactive!", Said the man putting it in a container. Annali looked at the Klid and lost consciousness for some seconds, just then lightning struck the place and an explosion took place. All the doctors disappeared leaving Annali behind. "What's happening? Somebody help me out!', she called out. Another explosion took place, due to which she lost her balance and fell to the floor.. the Klid began to glow and broken glass shreds combined to form a big and sharp piece of glass that rushed at her. Bridge wanted to help her out, he tried to reach for her, but he couldn't move. The glass cut her left hand and she gave out a scream. The water filled in the building and she sank along with it. but, somehow the next thing Bridge saw was Annali washed ashore. He saw the Klid getting attached to her body, and just as her eyes turned blue he woke up. He was breathing heavily, as if he had experienced the whole thin himself. "Was that a dream?", he said out loud, as he got up and paced upo and down the room.
Chapter#3:
"Annali?", Bridge said out loud, without thinking. "Yes..", came a voice from behind him. He was shocked at the sight as she had taken off the bandages. Once again, he couldn't move, and this time it wasn't a dream! She was healed completely and she smiled as she stepped towards him. "You called, Bridge?" He felt as if he was dreaming, but, this time it was not as it seemed! The Klid turned into a blade. She stopped in front of him and lifted his hand upward. He tried and tried, but he couldn't move. Just then, he heard his heartbeat and thought, is this it..? He could hear his heartbeat, the sound echoed in his head, and his heart started to beat faster. Annali let go of his hand and the Klid took back its form, She held her head and started to scream and shout, Bridge felt his energy flowing back to him. By the time he figured out what was going on, he saw Annali shouting in pain. He tried to calm her down. She stopped screaming and let go of her head. She looked at Bridge and he noticed that she had dark brown eyes, but, her eyes turned blue again "You...", she said, "Will be my next host!!" Bridge was confused about what was happening, and the next thing he knew was that, her eyes turned dark brown again and she said, "Save me..", as she lost consciousness. Bridge took hold of her, he, himself was shaking due to what he had heard, 'you will be my next host'. Emily came in the room, she saw Bridge on his knees, shaking and with Annali on his lap. His eyes looked far into the distance. She placed her hand on his shoulder, he shook his head. "Bridge? What happened??', she asked. "N-nothing!", he said turning around. "Bridge, don't you lie to me!! I know something is up! Why were you shaking? What happened?!", she demanded. He held is had and shook it. "Stop it!", he cried, "Stop it!! I won't! ! I won't!' "Ridge! You're worrying me! What's going on? "Stay away!! You'll get hurt!" He pushed her away, she tried to calm him down, but he kept telling her to go away. "I hate to be using this on you, but, you leave me no other option!", she said as he took out a small circular chip from her pocket. She placed the chip behind his neck and yelled, "ACTIVATE", the ship sent an electric impulse to his brain and stopped all of his voluntary actions. She quickly called Tim and Tin. The two came running in. "Oh, good!! Hurry! Put the girl on the bed and help Bridge up!", she said. Tim picked up the girl and laid her down on the bed. Tin went to Emily and helped her out. "What happened to him?", said Tin. "I don't know... Something came over him!", she replied. Bridge opened his eyes and asked what had happened. Emily explained that he was shaking and she went to him, he started to shout and told her to go away. Bridge looked away, as he didn't want them to know what had happened to him. "I don't remember.. A thing that happened", he lied unwillingly. I don't know what will happen if I tell them the truth.. I don't want to lie to them! I don't know about Emily. but I know that Tim and Tin will most definitely decide that killing me will be the only way to stop the Klid! I don't want to die.. I'm a coward, so what?? everyone has a life that they want themselves to live, and at least earn some fame, or do something historical.. I have a dream too! I want to live my dream.. Is it happening because I'm a coward? because, cowards don't deserve to live? Why is this happening to me?" His thoughts were interrupted by Emily, "Ridge?? What's wrong with you?? Why are you so quiet?? You're never like this!!"she said Emily took off the chip from Bridge's neck. Annali woke up and everyone looked at her. Everyone took their stance, as they doubted that she was the Klid's host. Bridge didn't move or do anything as he was scared of the experience he just had. "Bridge get up, now!!" Emily whispered to him. "Emily, it's alright, she is not who you think she is",he said As he said these words, he felt his heart bursting up. "Am I doing the right thing" he questioned himself. "Alright! If you say so, but we'll stick with her, just in case she is..." "I'll keep an eye on her", said Tim. With that he stayed behind as the three of them left the room. Bridge walked a little faster than the two. "I'll go outside for a while... It's gonna be morning soon", he said, turning to Emily. "If you want to!!", she said. Tin placed his hand on Bridge's shoulder. Bridge felt as if the life was sucked out of him. He turned around. "W-What??", he said. "Take this along... Incase the Klid is still lurking outside", he said, pulling out a revolver. Bridge took it and left them with these words "Take care"
Chapter#4:
He said to himself, "I should run away from here!!" He leaft the hospital and started to think if he did the right thing or not. He felt someone walking along-side him. He looked around, but, he didn't spot anyone. He decided to take a walk near the beach. As he reached there the sun was beginning to rise, so he sat down and watched the sun creep up slowly above the black water. A warm breeze blew by him as he stood up and found Annali to be behind him. "W-what..? How did you get here??", he asked, stammering a bit. "I followed you.", she replied calmly. "Why did you...?" "I had to thank you!!" "No, you don't understand...!", he stopped as he realized that Tim was going to stick around her and questioned her, "Wasn't Tim with you?" "He was.. Wasn't he??", she grinned looking up at him. "Look!!", he tried to explain, "noone means you any harm, Annali! We just want to retrieve and seal the Klid!" "Well aren't you naive?, she said taking a step towards him, "Annali is not here anymore! I'm in control." "But, Annali! she's in there somewhere..." She lifted her left hand and the water from the sea surrounded Bridge. He tried to break free through the water walls, but, the water pressure was too strong, and he wasn't able to do anything. In a moments interval, there were huge water jets that shot out from random directions at him, he managed to dodge a few, but, he coudn't keep it up. One after the other the water jets had a shot at him. 'Damn it..', he thought, 'I'm not going to be able to..' Bridge couldn't withstand the pain and he passed out. A speeding jeep stopped near the beach. Tin and Emily got off and came running to Bridge and Annali was nowhere to be seen. Tin checked his pulse and sighed. He put Bridge's arm across his neck and got up. Emily and Tin took him to the jeep and saw to his wounds in the hospital. When Bridge woke up he found himself tied to the hospital bed, the bed was pretty much centered and as he could see more clearly he saw Annali circling aroung him. "What a pity Bridge.. I thought you would be a brave guy, who would willingly sacrifice himself for some helpless girl", she said, still walking aroud him. "Stop it Annali!! Fight it!!", he shouted. "It's not that simple, you see!", she grinned. She went to a table where a scalpel was placed. She picked it up and examined it from different angles. Bridge's eyes widened. "What are you going to do?" "Hm.. Eager to know, eh? Wait and watch my dear!", she said as she walked bak to him still examining it. "Please! Stop this nonsense! I'm not a brave person, you see... I'm afraid of things.. I wouldn't give my life away for anyone just like that!" "Silence!", she shouted, "You belong to me!" Suddenly, she dropped the scalpel and looked at him with warm eyes. "They raen't blue anymore!", he sighed. "Acceptings your flaws and defects, is the biggest bravery known to me.", she said as she untied his ropes. He got up and he felt pain all over his body, 'Is this because of the water?' he wondered aloud. "Yes, please forgive me Mr. Bridge! I didn't want to hurt you, but, it's really difficult to keep the Klid suppressed", she said looking at her feet. He looked at her left hand (the Klid), then looked away. He was afraid, but now, he waned to help her out. "It must be very painful for you?", he asked. "Well, if I need to gain control over it, I need a reason to fight it off.. and.. Right now, you gave me the reason to!", she said siting down beside him. "I'm glad I got to be of your assistance" "Your purpose is to capture me, isn't it? "Well.. Yes! But, you aren't a bad person..." "After all that I did to you?" "You didn't do that out of your free will, I can't blame it al upon you!" "Bridge?" "Yes?" "Save me!!", she said sobbing, and holding his arms. "......." "Bridge please! It's so painful! I don't want to be the host anymore!!" "A-anymore? What do you mean?"
Chapter#5:
"You see, I volunteered at first...." "What are you saying?!", he said getting up. "Please! You're hurt, sit down!" "NO!! You're saying that you volunteered yourself for this monstosity?" "Yes, but..." "How can you do such a thing to yourself?" "Hear me out at least!" "Fine, explain yourself, in that case" "When I joined the GAmma League, I was very active and adventurous. Secretly I found out the lair in which they wer experimenting on the Klid. It was so intriguing, I wanted to know more! I asked the seniors to put me in the research crew. They kept disagreeing, after some time I saw that they needed a subject for their experiment. I though that it would be my one and only chance to get into that crew. I told them that I was willing to be the test subject. They hesitated at first, but, later on they agreed. First they studied my abilities, my strengths and weakesses, and equipped my body with certain things to make sure that I could deal with the pain that they put me through. Although that didn't work out much, it's still very painfull! I got into the research work, I was deeply involved. Then one day, I discovered that the Klid wasn't a natural demon of some sort that was sent to wreak havoc, but a manmade bio-weapon, for the sole purpose of destruction. it was used by generations over generations of Blackwoods to plunge the world into darkness, and then bring it up again from the ashes. And, aqll this just to maintain their social status, they made a virtual anti-Klid group. But the truth is that they are the devastators and the defendord. I wouldn't call this defending though... who could do such a thing..? But, then again.. I'm like them too, I willingly devoted myself in this fiendish scheme! After I found out about their motives, I changed my mind about it. At first, they didn't agree, but, then they said that they had found a new host. I didnot know that they were planning to still use me as a host even after I had declined. I was helping them out with the research when the Klid awakened. I made sure to have sealed it, but, the pressure of the water freed the container. The Klid used it's powers to cut off my left hand and then, when I found myself washed ashore, the Klid and I had become one! You see, I'm the test subject, that's why Mr. Blackwood has sent you all to capture me, but, Mr. Bridge! Please, I bed of you to kill me, and destroy the Klid along with me! Otherwise, the cycle will keep repesting itself!", she finally stopped, with tears running down her face. Bridge sat quiet for some time, and thought hard about what to do. He, the, held her hand and asked her to come along. "Where are you taking me?", she asked doubtingly. "Just you wait! I'll take you somewhere safe! Where noone can ham you and where you can try to overcome the Klid! Somewhere, where the Blackwoods can't get their filthy hands on you!" "But, this won't be safe!" "If, by this way the world can be saved, then, I'l do it!" "No Mr. Bridge! The Blackwoods are very strong and wellinformed! They might know what you're about to do!" "Huh... You sure worked under my boss", said Emily walking in. "Mr. Bridge, you should go!", said Annali. "You should be more worried about yourself girl!! And, as for him..", she looked at him carefully before continuing, "Didge dear, you don't look like in any condition to be able to do anything!" "Em.. You..", he said, as he tried to charge towards her, but, he found himself caught by Tin, he tried to get a hit on him, but failed to do so. Meanwhile, Tim pushed Annali against the wall. "Stop it you guys!", Bridge shouted, "She is being used! She has done no wrong!" "You aren't permitted to speak anymore!" said Tin as he dealt a blow on his head and he fell to the floor. Annali tried to make Tim let go of her. A high frequency sound came from her body and Tim fell to the ground behaving abnormally. "Dammit Tim!", shouted Tin running to him, He sat by him and figured by his motionless body that he could not be saved. "You b****! Look what you did!!". he said knockng her down, Her nose began to bleed, Tin's eyes grew wider as the Klid took over her body. All she did was touch his forhead and he fell to the ground. She was about to behead him, when Emily shot at her hand. She growled and hurled a table at her. Emily was pretty fast, she dodged it and shot more bullets a her. The bullets didn't penetrate her skin, she hauled Bridge over her shoulder and disappeared. "Damn.. Get bach and fight you coward!", Emily shouted behid her. She didn't follow her, because she realized that Tin needed medical attention. She she went to him and treated his wounds.
Chapter#6:
Bridge found hiself in a small room with a small window. He looked outside the window and saw Annali sitting near the water. He went out to her, she saw him and she came running to him, Bridge thought that he was hallucinating, but, she was smiling. "Mr. Bridge!", she ecclaimed, "I think, there is a way to supress the Klid's effects! And, it's all thanks to you!" "That great news Annali! But, we should move from here... /they can follow us here, we shouldn't stay at one place for too long.' She nodded with approval. They started to move away from the ocean and found themselves at a superstore. There, they helped themselves to some food and fulfilled their hunger. "Where will we go Mr. Bridge?", she asked. "I don't know Annali, but, I'll protect you until the end! I swear upon my soul!" "Thank you, Mr. Bridge!" "Well", he said getting up, he could still feel pain, but, moving out was important too, and said,"We should go from here now" "Yes...", she said, as she followed him. After walking for half an hour or so Annali said, "Mr. Bridge.. I think.." "What?", he asked. "I think.. that you shouls leave me alone for some time.. It.. it might.." "Come out?" "Yes, so.." "I said I'm here for you!" "No! You don't understand! Leave now!!" "But, Annali!" "NO!!" "Alright", he said with a sigh, "If you say so" He turned around and walked away. After sometime the ground around her started to crumble, she walked to a skyscraper, and went to the top. The wind blew rapidly and it would have been hard for a normal human o maintain balanc, but, the Klid was enjoying the winds. Soon after, the Klid went dormant, and Anali lost her balnce, but, managed to get to a safer position inside the skyscraper. "So we meet again", said Emily, putting her hand on Annali's shoulder. Annali began to shiver and turned around. Her heart started to beat faster and faster as the Klid tried to take over her body. She tried to hold it back, she had no clue about what was going on around her. All she saw was darkness. "STOP IT!!", she shouted. The darkness faded away, and she saw Emily staring at her her gun pointing at her forehead. "Now that wasn't difficult at all, with you spacing out like that! Even a turtle can catch you!", she grinned. "Huh..", Annali said, shaking with fear, and her eyes filed with tears. "Never I saw a Klid cry..!!", she said sarcastically. "Please, please! Help me out!", she begged of her. "But, I am helping you! After we eliminate you, you'll get rid of the Klid." Annali tried to run, but, Annali pushed her against the wall. "You can't escape girl!", she said. Emily took out a military phone and called Tin, "Yeah, I've got her! I'm at the skyscraper. Yes, reach there as fast as possible" "Annali!", shouted Bridge as he rushed in and attacked Emily. She saw through his attack and dodged it easily. She pushed Annali's head into the wall, and with her other hand she shot at him. He luckily dodged the bullet. And in the meanwhile Annali turned into the Klid and gave Emily a hard blow on her back. She went skidding and crashed into the wall. She walked over to Bridge. "Be my host", she demanded. "Look, I can't! You can't force me to do it either!", he shouted. The Klid lifted him with one hand and smashed him into a wall. "Of course I can force you to do so!", she said grinning. "Annali!", he shouted. "She can't hear you, for now..." The left hand started to morph into a blade, but, before it could take proper form Tin arrived with a rocket launcher. "Bang boom baby!! I'l get both of you with a single shot!", he exclaimed as he took aim and pressed the trigger. "Noo...." shouted Bridge closing his eyes tightly. As he opened his eyes, he saw the rockets floating in front of him. He was shocked at the sight and wondered what was happening. The rockets went out of the skyscraper and exploded. Tin was shocked at the sight, he took aim again, but the launcher turned heavy and stiff. "Waaa...!!", he shouted as he tossed the launcher at Annali. A high frequcy screech, like before, was heard and the rocket launcher blew to bits. Annali dropped unconscious after that. "Hmph.. It's going to be an easy catch!", said Tin, moving towards her. "I don't think so!", came Bridge shouting and attempting to deliver a punch. "You should know that's of no use, bud!', said he, sidestepping him and hitting his back with his elbow. He fell to the ground and Tin proceeded towards her and picked her up. "I hope we wont meet you again.", he said helping Emily up, and looking at a struggling Bridge. "Noo.. You can't do that!", Bridge called out from behind them as they went downstairs. He managed to pull himself together and made his way downstairs, but, they were already gone. "How can I save her now?", he said to himself in a low voice,"Is this.. the end?" "No, it is not!", echoed a voice.
Chapter#7:
"Who's there?", he called out. "How naive of you..." He, now realized that it was the Klid's voice. "What do you want?", he shouted. "Now, now! Let's not be hasty! You do know that the person you are trying to save is in grave danger, don't you?" Bridge calmed down a bit. "So then..", said the Klid,"Are you aware what will happen now that I've been captured?" "Yes, they'll seal you away!", he said angrily. "And..?" "And... they might.." "Well, not 'might', they won't kill her" "They wont?!", he asked as hope grew within him. "They will seal her along with me!" "What? What is that supposed to mean?" "They've got a master system and their technology is very advanced. When I become one with a person, they can then stop the aging phenomenon of that person." "Then the only way to stop you is to kill your host?" "You're a smart young man! But, will you kil her to stop me? Or will you, my future host kill yourself to stop me?" "......" "Let's make a deal!" "I wont!" "I can kill my host too, I think you are aware of that too" "But you wont do that!" "What makes you think that?" "If you do so, they'll get you!" "So what? I can wait a little more time" "......" "What will you do?" He remembered that he had promised it to her, that he'd protct her no matter what. "I'll help you...", he said. "All you have to do is to agree..", said the Klid. "Annali if this is the only way I can help you, although, I know it is a trap.. But, I'll save you! ", he now spoke to the Klid, "I'll do as you say" "Then it's done! All you have to do is..." Bridge's eyes opened wide, and he was afraid. 'What do I do? I'm too afraid to...' "The clock is ticking, you don't have much time, you know!" "I can't..." "The choice is up to you!" 'If I don't do as he says then he'll kill her, b'but, I'm just just too scared.. I'm no hero.. Maybe I should turn back... What am I saying?? I have to save her!', he was facing an internal struggle and wasn't too sure about what to do, 'This is it.. It's now or never!' "I'll do it!', he called out. "Then we have a deal, but, first you'll have to be near me, at least in a kilometer radius" "But I don't know where you are!" "You don't have to worry about that, it's a place you know very well-The laboratory under the official Blackwood Headquarters!" "But it is very far from here, I don't have any mode of transport!" "And it has nothing to do with me!" Bridge took a deep breath and started to walk towards his destination. It was a mild weather, and the clouds covered the sun. He covered around 8 kilometers in an hour and rested as well. By midnight he reached at the headquarters. The place was heavily guarded. Bridge now faced the task of creating a diversion so he can make an opening for himself. Bridge remembered that Tin had given him a gun. He used the gun as a means of diversion, and surprisingly it worked too! As the guards were all busy figuring out where the shot had come from, Bridge slipped into the headquarters. "Alright, I'm here now!" "Very well, now hurry up and do it!" Bridge closed his eyes and gulped. He went through the ventilation duct into the weaponry room. He looked around and picked up a katana. He took a deep breath and unsheathed it. "Do it now! You don't have mush time, if they separate me, then your part of the deal will not be fulfilled.", said the Klid. "I-I...." "Or you can turn back" "There's no turning back", he remembered the time when the Klid was telling him about what to do, "Then it is done... All you have to do is to cut off your left hand, that way, I can teleport myself onto you, and then she'll be transfered to a similar location." "I promised that I'd protect her, and I'll do it!" He lifted the katana to a height, and he said solftly, "Now!", as he swung it and cut off his hand. Blood rushed out and the Klid appeared before him and attached itself to his arm. Blood slopped flowing, but, still he felt extreme pain. He remained queit as he knew what was good for him. "Where's Annali?", he demanded. "Relax, she's safe!", replied the Klid. "You ssid that she would be transferred to the same place!" "Quiet! You are no lonher permittd to talk back or reason with me!" "Where is she??", he asked again. "I'm alright, Mr. Bridge!", came her voice as she opened the door and entered te room. "Annali! You're okay!", he exclaimed. "Yes, thank you Mr. Bridge!", she said. "I promised you!" "Well, well, now isn't it dramatis?", said Emily entering the room. "Emily? Not again!!", said Bridge. "Mr. Bridge....". said Annali. "Emily! Stay away from her!!", he shouted. "It's not her I'm after now, my dear!", Emily grinned. "It's you we are after!", said Annali. "Annali? What's going on here?", he asked with great surprise. "You have been tricked, kid!", said the Klid. "This can't be true..."
Chapter#8:
"This can't be true..." "Believe it Ridge!!", said Emily. Annali struck him from behind, 'Annali I thought...', he mimbled as he fell on his knees. He gave a shout as the Klid took over him. Lightning struck the place, evryone evaccuated the building. Bridge went outside the weapon room, and then outside the building, just before it completely crashed and burnt. When Bridge woke up, he found himself near the sea. "Annali, I trusted you!", he said. "You actually believed her! Even after you came to know that she worked for Blackwood.", said the Klid. "I do know that, but, she wan't lying when she told me that she wanted me to help." "...." "What do I do now?" "Let me..." "Shut up! Shut up! Go away!! I'll cut you off!" "That is quite enough!Don't you dare talk to me like that! I own you!" "I won't let you take over! It is my body...!" "You are a fool! You can't resist!" "Stop it! You can't do this to me!" He fell to his knees and held his head as he tried to push back the Klid. "Give it up already!", said the Klid. "No! Please! Stop it..." "Aren't you haveing a tough time Ridge?", came Emily's voice from behind. "Mr. Bridge!", came Annali's voice. Bridge looked behind and saw Emily and Annali getting off the jeep. "What are you doing here? why are you here?", he shouted. "Mr. Bridge, please! Calm down!", she said. "Stay away!", he shouted. Bridge turned around in anger, it was not him in control anymore. "It's time you see what I really am capable of!", said he. The earth begain to shake and the sky turned gray, thunder struck random places. The water level began to rise and the winds blew rapidly. Annali tried to make her way to Bridge, but, Emily stopped her. "Too dangerous", she said. "You didn't say this would happen", said Annali. "And you actualy thought what I said was true?" "But, we will all die! You said he'd be able to suppress the darkness." "Did I say that? My bad, I did, didn't I? Oh well, we'll finish him off after he has exhausted himself! Sounds like a plan! Let's do it then!" Annali nodded and followed Emily to a safer location. After an hour the Klid began to weaken and eventually lost it's control. Bridge regained hios conscience and looked at the ruins that surrounded him. "Did I do that?", he said aloud. "You did!", said Annali from behind him. "You?? You lied to me!", he exclaimed. Annali made her way to him and held his hand. He shrugged her hand off and told her to go away. But, to his surprise, she fell to her knees. "What are you doing?", said he, shocked. "Mr. Bridge! Forgive me!" "I'm not Bridge, he is not here anymore! I am the Klid, I destroy!", he said as he started to walk away. "Mr. Bridge, please at least hear me out." "I'm not going to make the same mistake twice. I was a fool to have listened to you, and I was at fault for even trying to save you! I should have killed y...." Annali looked up at him with teary eyes. He didn't speak a word after that. Somewhere in his heart he knew that he still felt the same way about her, '[i]Why couldn't I complete that sentence', he thought. "Pleae listen to me, Mr. Bridge", she implored. "This is the end for you, girl", said he. "T-the Klid?", she mumbled. "Guess again!", said Bridge as he rushed towards her. "It's not you!", she yelled. "I am who I am, Annali!", he said pushing her into the ground andtried to strangle her. "This is not who you are!", she said strugglig. Emily jumped out of hiding and struck Bridge down. But, it did not work o him, he got up as if nothing had happened to him. Emily was a little surprised. 'No wonder he wanted his body..!', she tought. "I'll get rid of you first!", he said. "Ugh.. You can't get me that easily!!", she said pulling out a grenade from her belt. "Stop it both of you!", shouted Annali. Emily threw a grenade at him ,but, he summoned a wall in front of him to protect him. Annali tried to follow him around. Bridge struck down Emily with a ferocious blow. Bridge pushed her against a rock and morphed his hand into a blade. "This is the end for you!", he said maniacally.
Chapter#9:
"Stop this insanity Mr. Bridge!", said Annali as she ran to him and hugged him tightly. "This is not like you. You don't want to kill! Please Mr. Bridge! Snap out of it!", she cried. "Not like me? How would you know?", he yelled. "I just know it! You are the one who stood against them just because you believed that all of it could be stopped without resorting to fight and war!! I could clearly see you wanted to solve all of this without bloodshed. Isn't it why you stood against your comrades?" "But, why did you team up with them?", he asked lowering his voice. "I didn't! That is why I am asking you to listen to me!" "You vermin! How dare you go against us!", said Emily. Bridge knocked her unconscious with a powerful blow on her face. "Explain yourself, then..", he said. She let go of him and started, "After they captured me, they wanted to separate the Klid from my body, but, for some reason they failed in doing so. They had tapped into the conversation between you and the Klid. They knew everything that was about to happen. The pre-planned everything and every aspect of how things may turn out to be. Although, they didn't expect the Klid to gain such strength when it combined with you! It had never happened before, you know. And that's exactly why they asked me to cooperate. Mr. Bridge, I know how hard it is to be the host. I didn't want you to suffer so, I agred with them. They said they will let you live if I just helped them recover the Klid, so, now do you understand? I didn't mean to switch sides, or go against you! You taught me a lot, you're the best person I've ever met! You showed me the light where there was no hope and I thought that there was no way out, but, you.. you showed me the way! I am really grateful to you" "You did that for me?", he asked looking down. She embraced him and said softly, "I did it foe me, actually", she laughed and put a similar chip on the back of his neck. "Noo! You can't do that!", he said. "Funny, I thought I just did! Good night Mr. Bridge", she smiled, then called out, ACTIVATE. Bridge fell to the ground. "You didn't do the right thing girl!", said the Klid. "Uh.. Zip it! You shouldn't say a word if you know what's good for you!" She stood very still and everything around her disappeared into a pitch black. "What's going on here? You don't scare me!", she said. "It's funny how you can come up with such lies!", came the Klid's voice. "I don't know what you're talking about!" "There's no denying the.... Huh? Wait a second! You're not Annali!" Annali grinned and shouted out the words, 'SELF DESTRUCT' "Dammit! Don't tell me they decided to get rid of me! Get up kid!" "What.. happened..?", he said opening his eyes. "Get outta here now! She's gonna blow!" "That is enough!" said Emily rising, "Deactivate, F8!" "F8?" Bridge thought. Annali dropped motionless at Emily's command. "What's going on?", demanded Bridge. There came a voice saying, "Well aren't you feisty?' as Emily shot a fire in the air. "You heard her! Let's go!", came Tin's voice. They all saw Tin dragging a struggling Annali along with him. "So, here's a fair trade Ridge!", she proposed, "The Klid for the girl? How about that?" 'What do I do> How do I know that it's not one of their tricks again?', he thought. "You gotta think like them", said the Klid. "What are you trying to suggest?" "What would they do if they were asked to trade?" "They'd send a decoy?" "And, this is the real Annali!!" "That means we can send a decoy Klid to them!" "Exactly!"
Chapter#10:
Bridge moved towards them, Tim stepped infront of him, Bridge was stopped in his tracks, he almost gave a shout as to how Tim was still alive. “Surprised?” Tim exclaimed. “How did you come back?!!” Bridge exclaimed. “Like F-8,Tim is also a robot..!We reconstructed him!” said Tin. “Now then…” said Tim, ”The Klid!!” “Yes….” He said as he put forth his hand. “I didn’t know you to be so gentle” said Tim as he lifted up a huge blade and cut the Klid apart. Bridge asked them to hand over Annali to him.Tin lead Annali to him. “Do you know what you did by handing the klid over to them…….? she asked. “Yes I’m aware!” he replied smiling. “Why are you smiling? Do you realize what you’ve done?!” “Yes I know very well,now lets go!”
They walked away leaving the klid behind with the klid. “Mr.Bridge!! Answer me! Why did you do that?” she demanded. “Well, you see….” He said lifting up his left hand. “T-the klid? But, how?” “That was a decoy! I couldn’t just just let them continue with their evil deeds!” “Mr.Bridge! you’re the bravest person I have ever met!!” she said as she threw her arms around him. “Now then…,they’ll come after us, they’ll figure out it was a fake” “And this time…when they come, we’ll be prepared!!” said the klid.
As new day began to creep up, THE GAMMA LEAGUE-A combat division of the Blackwood to tackle all the difficult situation with high tech weaponry-was appointed to retrieve the klid. Bridge was waiting impatiently for them to strike. Annali was worried, she didn’t want all the fighting.
“Should I unleash everything that I’ve got?” said the klid. “No, just destroy the enemy!! After that we will destroy all of the blackwood research facilities. “You never do think of yourself, do you?” “Why should I? Whatever is good for others is good for me as well!! Happiness is not found in enslaving or harming others, its found in seeing others happy, or at least that’s what I believe.” “Mr.Bridge!! They are here” said Annali nervously. “You stay here!! I”ll come back” he went outside where he could see the enemy approaching.” “Are you ready?” asked the klid. “Yes” he nodded. “Here we go!! The final battle!!” exclaimed the klid. The ground began to crumble. The sky grew dark. “Now then, we win”
The Gamma League attacked, but the klid was stronger. The earth cracked open and the ground force went down in the crust as the earth sealed itself. The thunder was enough to put an end to the airforce. “We did it!!” Bridge said. “Indeed”, replied the klid. “It’s time to we end the Blackwood’s reign over the fate of the world!!”
And so bridge went along with Annali, touring the world and destroying Blackwood property. At the end of the year, they were again at the place of the beginning i-e Roamsville. They walked down the beach laughing and enjoying the cool breezes. “The last time I remember the sea used to be so black….and now, the purity has returned!” said Annali. “I sure has” Bridge said as he reached for his pocket. ”Hey Annali……..” “Yes Bridge?” she asked, looking at him. “Would you?” he said pulling out a ring from his side pocket.” Umm…” he blushed a bit and rubbed his hair. “Sure I willl!!” she gave him a great big hug. “That required a whole lot of courage you know” “And yet you didn’t complete your sentence!!” “Hey, I ran out of wits!!”
He put the ring on her finger. The two of them, went a little closer to the water and sat down in the sand.
“It’s a good thing that the klid decided to stop all the destruction and preserve what’s good!! said Annali. “It was because I had never been a host to someone who is honest, loyal and faithful. But you and Bridge, you both are different! You are not eager to gain more strength! I changed my mind!” said the klid. “You’re no longer a harm to anyone..” said Bridge as he looked far into the ocean. Annali too looked at the sun, just touching the ocean waves, drawing the day to an end. The winds pass by as they watch the sun goes down, and the gem on the ring gleams.

It's odd, you don't realize certain things until they just hit you right back in the face. Like not being able to recognize a thread in which a user posts their work to share and look for critiques. Or about this place.

Thanks about that =P I haven't been able to use the internet much lately!
And, if anyone likes to read, then please do read the story I wrote, it's not complete, but but I'll post the parts eventually!
