Hidan- Defeated by a single jounin who only really has one technique.

you're uderestimating Shikamaru way too much

Kakazu- Brought to the brink basically by kakashi himself. Then got raped by naruto in one move. Not to mention Kakazu was tricked by Naruto when he was supposed to have intelligence on the level of shikamaru.

that one move was used and effective against pain. do you realy think Kakuzu stood a chance?

Sasori-Killed by an elderly woman and an extremely weak sakura. It is implied that he could of dodged the attack that killed him, but still it is ridiculous.

Deidara-Legit death. Defeated by someone who was stronger than him.


he wasnt defeated, he committed suicide, so that doesn't count as a win for sasuke

Itachi-Legit i guess.....why the hell do the coolest characters in the anime have to die in a bitch ass fight where they don't "really" get defeated.

itachi is already weak. but he could've still whooped sasuke's butt in his weakened state, he just died. so still not a win for sasuke. but one of the best deaths in the Naruto franchise

Pain-Legit....extremely retarded death. He suddenly decided that he would be miraculously changed by naruto. I guess evil guys who murder whole villages can be changed by a retarded teenage ninja in an orange jump suit.

Pain realized the mistakes and wrong in his actions and sacrificed himself to right his wrong. a noble death indeed.

Orochimaru-Another bitch ass death. Another character who is supposed to be extremely intelligent gets fooled by an emo teenage ninja.

My main point for this is...Akatsuki is supposed to be a group of some of the strongest people in the whole ninja world. Yet get this.....they are weak as f***. Hidan couldn't even take on 2 jounin and 2 chuunin. Kakazu got defeated by a jounin and a genin(I know naruto doesn't really count as a genin). Sasori got defeated by an old hag and a chuunin.


they're NOT the strongest ninjas in the ninja world, they're just ONE of the strongest CONVICTS in the ninja world.

the akatsuki members which are defeated are worthy to be defeated by those who defeated them..youve seen the whole fight didnt you??plus the fight scenes are pretty good..really impressive..

hidan wasnt dead, he was just buried alive yet defeated by shikamaru..shikamaru planned his attack towards hidan and hidan not knowing he was led to his defeat..it also took shikamaru 2 fight scenes with hidan..and the first one was the opposite, the fact that kazuma died..and since shikamaru found out hidans jutsu he planned for his next attack..

to kakuzu and sasori, they werent defeated so easily..it took those who defeated them 2 or 3 trials..and also theres 2 or 3 characters fighting them..it would be a shock if only one character defeated them..

and to same goes to the rest..hehe

my point...if these ninjas are only as strong as 2 or 3 ninjas than it is BS. Any group of 3 jounin could take them down. Even if they are as strong as 10 jounin, they still shouldn't of been such a problem.

Ninjas are awesome... too bad they cant god-mod, and no, they're not immortal either... with the exception of Hidan, he's immortal but not smart... so even if they were dubbed as STRONG OPPONENTS, they do have their weaknesses. and that's what happens when your enemy has the method to tap into your weakness, but you dont have the method to tap into their weakness.

Gaara for example. we all know he's bish-ass strong and godly.... sadly, deidara had the tools to beat him with no effort.

but then, sasuke... lets list them down...
1 deidara has a bit of fear for the sharingan
2 sasuke has lightning fast moves, raiton to enchant his sword, Katon for heavy damage....
3 deidara takes a bit of time to enchant the clay to turn it into bombs
4 sasuke has cursed seal
5 deidara only had limited ammounts of clay so he wont last long...

basically if you look at the factors, you will see that their defeats are Legit.
