Well first I would get some restraint, probably a couple sets of handcuffs, then I would cuff his wrists together, then his ankles. Next I would probably strap him down to a bed to assure that any movement was impossible. After he was fully restrained I would simply get a syringe and pull up on the plunger to fill it with air before injecting the air straight into his veins...
